When you feel ready to become an active Oak Member, you can request a Peer Duo partner. We match you with a fellow community member for light, 2-minute daily accountability check-ins to help you stick to your goals.

All anonymous vent submissions pass through moderated forms before being shared. In group chats, trained Branch Leaders actively enforce anti-shame rules. Any toxic behaviour or harassment results in instant removal.
