These Terms and Conditions set the basic rules for using Oakshubcommunity.com.ng and participating in the Oakshub Community. By browsing this site, filling out our forms, or joining our WhatsApp groups, you agree to follow these rules.

1. About Oakshub Community Oakshub Community operates Oakshubcommunity.com.ng. We offer a peer-led sanctuary focused on personal growth, habit building, and stress recovery. Our community activities run primarily through WhatsApp broadcast channels and dedicated sub-groups.
2. Community Standards and Sanctuary Code of Conduct Oakshub is a safe, judgment-free space. To protect our members, you agree to follow these core rules across all our spaces:
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and personal insults are strictly forbidden.
- No Unsolicited DMs: You may not privately message other members without their clear permission.
- No Spam or Sales Pitches: Advertising products, pushing business services, or posting spam links in discussion groups is not allowed.
- Respect Privacy: What members share in our safe rooms and vent threads must stay inside those rooms. Do not screenshot or share private reflections outside the group.
We reserve the right to remove any member from our channels immediately if they break these rules.
3. Informational Purposes Only (Not Medical or Financial Advice) Oakshub provides educational resources, reflection tools, habit trackers, and peer support.
- Mental Health: We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed counselors. Our breathing audio guides and brain dump templates do not replace professional mental health care. If you are dealing with severe distress or a medical emergency, seek a licensed medical professional immediately.
- Finance: Our budget sheets and expense templates are educational tools. They do not count as certified financial or investment advice.
4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms Our community programs, audio notes, and group chats run on WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Oakshub does not own WhatsApp and is not responsible for outages or technical issues on their platform.
5. Intellectual Property The content on Oakshubcommunity.com.ng—including our logo mark, written guides, audio recordings, downloadable worksheets, and manifesto—belongs to Oakshub Community. You may download and print our starter toolkits for your own personal use. You may not sell, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability We provide our website, tools, and community channels on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep our systems safe and reliable, Oakshub Community is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, technical interruptions, or decisions you make based on resources shared in our groups.
7. Leaving the Community You are free to leave our WhatsApp groups, broadcast channels, or email lists at any time. You can also ask us to remove your contact details by sending an email request.
